Pastor Gary provides overall leadership and direction for the church. He works closely with the Elders in understanding God’s heart for COTRM. He has a strong passion to understand and teach the Word of God in a way that will help people grow in maturity and in their passion for the Lord.

Pastor Tony Hauck
Pastor/Elder:
Pastor Tony’s desire is to see people walk in the Power of God according to their gifting, and especially to see teens whole heartedly pursuing God. He is passionate about teaching and prayer.

Monte Hancock
Elder:
Monte and his wife Sandy married in 1976, and joined New Covenant (now Church on the Rock) in 1982, where Sandy is Principal of New Covenant Christian School. Monte has served as an Elder for many years and is a very gifted speaker and teacher. In addition to his many other skills and talents, Monte is very knowledgeable in the original languages of the Bible i.e. Hebrew and Greek.

Elder:
John and his wife Denise started attending COTR in December 1991. John has served in the Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, as a deacon and as an Adult Sunday School teacher.
