Pastor Gary Stebbins
Senior Pastor/ Elder
Shortly after being saved in 1968, Pastor Gary felt a call on his life to teach God’s Word. He came on staff at COTRM in March of 1992 as an associate pastor. Pastor Gary was ordained as the senior pastor in April of 2000.
He provides supervisory leadership and direction for the church. He works closely with the COTRM elders in understanding God’s heart for the church. Pastor Gary has a strong passion to understand and teach the Word of God in a way that will help people grow in maturity and in their passion for the Lord.

Pastor Tony Hauck
Pastor/ Elder
Tony began attending COTR in March of 1985 and a year later accepted the positon of youth pastor. Tony's desire is to see people walk in the power of God according to their gifting, and he especially encourages teens to whole-heartedly pursure God.

Pastor Greg Phillips
Children's Pastor/ Elder
Pastor Greg and his wife Chris have been members of COTR since March of 1986. Pastor Greg’s background is in the dramatic arts (acting, directing and technical production). He has been on staff in the role of children’s pastor since August, 1993. Pastor Greg has traveled widely in the United States performing and lecturing as well as leading evangelistic crusades and conferences.
Pastor Greg and Miss Chris truly desire to help parents realize that children are "the church of today and leaders of tomorrow." Esther Hogan
Administrator/ Secretary
Esther has been secretary at COTRM since 1998 and a member since 1982. She is an active member of the prayer ministry and has helped in many of the various ministries at COTRM.
