Pastor Greg Phillips
Children's Pastor/Elder:
Pastor Greg has performed his comedy and his special creative Illusions (Trick about Truth) around the country and around the world. Before his dedication to the Lord Jesus, Greg traveled as a professional magician and comedian. He has been the Children’s Pastor at COTRM since January of 1994 and an Elder since 1997. Monte Hancock
Elder:
Monte and his wife Sandy married in 1976, and joined New Covenant (now Church on the Rock) in 1982, where Sandy is Principal of New Covenant Christian School. Monte has served as an Elder for many years and is a very gifted speaker and teacher. In addition to his many other skills and talents, Monte is very knowledgeable in the original languages of the Bible i.e. Hebrew and Greek.

John and his wife Denise started attending COTR in December 1991. John has served in the Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, as a deacon and as an Adult Sunday School teacher.

Bill Yerkes
Elder In Training (EIT):
In 1990, Bill and his wife Nola landed at COTR. In 1991 he became involved in the Bill Glass Weekend of Champions, a prison outreach program. Bill has served as Worship Team Coordinator and Special Music Coordinator.
